We were crazy with the Brownie-Filled Chips Ahoy that was sent to us to sample by S Merchandising a couple of months ago. I couldn’t even count how many packs we bought after that. Now, there’s a new Chips AHoy to get crazy about, Chips Ahoy Ice Cream Creation. Apparently, these are Chips Ahoy cookies that are ice cream-flavored. WOW!
S Merchandising sent us three flavors: Rootbeer Float, Dulce de Leche, and Mint Chocolate Chip along with an invitation for their mall launch.
I love all of it but I’m very fascinated about Rootbeer Float because it doesn’t only taste like ice cream, when you take a bite into it, it tastes like you are taking a gulp of rootbeer soda with melted vanilla ice cream on top!

chips ahoy was a part of my childhood and up to now, i classify it as COMFORT FOOD…lol! no wonder i’m as big as a house!

Yes, it is available in the supermarkets. Thsi Rootbeer Float is really really good.
Nice to hear they’ve become a bit adventurous in their flavors. I have tasted their rootbeer float flavor and it taste like real float. Taste is very interesting.

I’m not particularly fond of rootbeer, mainly because I don’t like the taste. But in this case, I’m willing to make an exception 🙂

The rootbeer float flavor sounds interesting. Wonder if hubby will like it since he’s into rootbeer though he’s not much of a cookie fan.
