We love eating and we are such an adventurous bunch when it comes to food. My eldest daughter Purple eats anything but of course, being a child her favorite food includes fried foods and sweet treats.
As a mom, I don’t want to deprive her of anything and there are times when I let her indulge on her favorites. I just make sure to balance it out with fruits and vegetables which most often comes in the form of smoothies. Just as I thought our smoothies couldn’t be better, I recently discovered something that could make it healthier — Dutch Mill Delight!
Dutch Mill Delight is a probiotic drink that contains duo active combination of Pre and Probiotic fiber. Prebiotic fiber is a plant that helps nourish good bacteria inside the tummy. Probiotics are good bacteria. Probiotics eat the prebiotic fiber and they multiply. They become stronger and live longer which makes it more effective in aiding digestion and helps the tummy absorb nutrients faster.
It can help reduce cholesterol and boost Vitamin B and Folate levels too!
One of the smoothie bowls which I prepare for her is this Mango Pineapple Delight Smoothie Bowl. It’s actually become a favorite in our household because Twinkle and I love it too! Let me share with you the recipe:
Mango Pineapple Delight Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen fresh pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 (100ml bottle) Dutch Mill Delight
- Kiwi slices and Mango cubes for garnish
- Chia Seeds (optional)
Directions:
- Put the first three ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi slices and mango cubes.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds
- Enjoy!
Dutch Mill Delight doesn’t just make this smoothie– or any smoothie, for that matter– healthier, it also makes it more delicious!
You can now get Dutch Mill Delight in all major supermarkets nationwide. It can also be bought through their delight ladies in Rizal, Manila, Taguig, and Quezon City for only ₱40 per pack which contains 5 bottles.
Kick up your normal smoothie with Dutch Mill Delight and have a Probiotic Smoothie that will keep your tummy happy!

That looks delicious, and I love smoothies. I love pineapple too – too bad my body randomly decided last year that it would be fun to develop an allergy, lol.

I bet I could totally add this to my other smoothies though – I’ll have to look for it the next time I’m in the grocery store.

I love mango smoothies. I would remove the Dutch Mill Delight and add either Soy milk, bananas or water though!! Chai seeds are fantastic in smoothies though!
