I think it took us more than two hours from Vitalis Villas to Hannah’s Beach Resort in Pagudpud. We arrived there around dinner time. It was a dark and rainy night so we took our time and was really careful driving on the way. The road was slippery and there were a lot of curves.
Aside from the curves, there were a lot of guests too, so we weren’t able to check in immediately.
We got one Deluxe Villa which has two double beds for ₱5,750 and we got it for two nights. Coming from such a nice and soshal Vitalis Villas, it felt like a downgrade… huhuhu. But We shouldn’t fret because Hannah’s Beach Resort is already the best and most “happening” resort in all of Blue Lagoon (or Maira-ira Beach) Pagudpud.
We slept like this…LOL!
With the Minions
The giant palayok swimming pool!
Our room is near the kiddie pool so super enjoy ang mga kids….
Of course, they had to try out the other swimming pools too!
At the Blue Lagoon Beach
Donya twinkle brought her own chair, complete with an umbrella…
..but she forgot to bring refreshments.. so she settled for….. her foot?!
Hannah’s Resort is located at Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.

With all the Disney characters, Minions, and even Ronald McDonald, this resort definitely seems to cater to families with kids. It sounds like you had a nerve-racking journey getting to the resort, but it looks like your kiddos loved the swimming pools once the sun came out the following day!
