I planned to start SBD today. My first day wasn’t a success. I was better and happier with more fruits in my diet. Breakfast was tofu. After that, I felt deprived already. By nine AM, a glass of my fave Taho was too hard to resist. I had a glass but with very little sugar syrup. Boy! was I reminded how hard it is to survive the first day. What’s worst is that I think I’m gonna have my period because I’m craving some sweets and salties. What a bad day to start SBD, huh?
My first day wasn’t successful… I think I better stick to my diet with lots of fruits instead of this old thing…I’m happier and I’m losing more weight when I’m happy…
