When everybody was talking about make-ups and putting eyeliners back in highschool, I was collecting marvel cards. You can call me a late bloomer but its just now that I realized the importance of eyeliners. They do open up your eyes.
Maybelline Eye Studio 2-in-1 Impact Shadow Liner is my first eyeliner. It can be used as eye shadow or liner.It is waterproof and stays all day. It applies smoothly, easily and evenly and it is very affordable for its rate of around P350{$8.30}.
I need to get the hang of applying this to my eyes.My eyelids are a little bit oily so I’m having a little hard time to make it stay and last.

Try an eyelid primer so the eyeliner can stay in place longer ; )
