My sister who calls herself Anney is currently using Garnier Light Brightening Eye Roll On. She’s had dark under eyes which, I think, came from sleeping around 12am to1 am every single day. This products is said to give immediate cooling effect to freshen up fatigue eye area. It also claims to give a much brighter and radient skin in 14 days and in 28 days, the eyebags and dark circles is reduced by 11-12%
I guess I’ll have to look for other ways to remove my dark circles under eye because so far I haven’t seen an improvement on hers yet. I think she has to use it for a long time before I could see one.
