I have decided. Our bedroom renovation will start in March. I’m thinking of having the air conditioner installed first before having the room repainted. The current wall paint of our bedroom is mint green, I’m changing it to peach for a more relaxing and more romantic atmosphere. I’m also buying a lampshade. Since Ykaie was born we’ve been sleeping with the lights turned on but since she is a little girl now, I think it’s okay to switch to a lampshade.
I’m also planning to buy a small bed for Ykaie. She is growing really fast and I want her to have her very own bed. It will be to her advantage because it will teach her to be more independent.
I used to want carpets for our floor but now one of my choices is hand braided jute rug. Jute rugs are not only durable, they are also very elegant…very ideal for the bedroom. Plus it is environment friendly because it’s made of natural products. Another naturally made and environment friendly product is bamboo rug. This is my other choice because aside from durability, I’ve heard that bamboo actually has a soft and silky feel. I need soft and silky because ykaie loves to play with her toys on the floor.

with me I go for bamboo rugs, a friend of mine gave it as a gift 2 yrs. ago and we’re still using it until now. Good decision Mommy Peach, teaching your little princess to sleep on her own bed will begin her independence, she’s growing fast, yet still I am a big fan of her 🙂
