Nestle Recalls Maggi Noodles because of Salmonella

Careful mommies! I know some kids love eating instant noodles for breakfast and merienda. Ykaie loves it too and I allow her to eat these instant noodles once a week. I’m glad that she doesn’t eat them every week!

Today, I just read the news that nestle announced voluntary nationwide recall of Maggi beef and chicken flavor noodles after it was found out that two batches of its beef variant has traces of salmonella in it.

They have already started an investigation and found the flavoring ingredients to be the cause. Production of Maggi Rich Noodles has been stopped pending the completion of their investigation.

The two batches which has traces of salmonella are: 11020598A2 and 11030598A1. These numbers are found at the back of the packets between the “Best Before” date and the ingredients.
