1st week of 30-day Oatmeal Breakfast Challenge

Ok, peanutbutter‘s vacation has left me with a 10-pound weight gain which I really want to lose as soon as possible. We ate lots of restaurant food when he was here and we also ate some of the fatty food that he missed like fried ruffle fat and deep fried pork knuckles {crispy pata}.

I am now on my first week of the “Oatmeal Breakfast Challenge” in which I plan to eat oatmeal for breakfast. I dress it up a little so it wouldn’t be boring for me and I won’t feel like I’m eating the same thing over and over again. I’m doing this to jumpstart my diet and give my body a rest from all those fatty food. While I’m at it, I am also on the look out for a diet pill that works, you know, something that would help me lose the weight and 10 lbs more?
