Okay, so I’m a little depressed. It’s going to be December once again, the season of parties, celebration and good food and I still haven’t lost some weight.
The other day, I encountered A! Life food supplements. These are food supplements that are formulated to address women’s specific needs.
It comes in six variants but I wanted to try one that will cater to my need —A! Life Control.
A! Life Control is a carbohydrate blocker which helps manage your weight. It is made of an all-natural white bean extract called Phase 2 {Phaseolus Vugaris Bean Extract} which has been proven to minimize the absorption of carbohydrates.
I am going to start taking this on monday… see if it’s effective.
The instruction on the box said that a tablet should be taken with a glass of water 5-10 minutes before a meal containing starch or carbs. And that you should not exceed 6 tablets a day.
