I love telling stories as much as listening to them. Ykaie takes after me in the sense that she likes listening to different kinds of stories as well.
I know she already has a very rich imagination and as a mom I want to nurture it and keep it rich. I guess I feel that if she continues to have an imagination as rich and broad as the one that she has now, then she will grow up to be creative.
One of our favorite activity that uses the imagination is Round Robin Storytelling or simply “Round Robin“. It is manner of storytelling in which there’s a number of participants and each tells a portion of the story, in rounds.
In our case, we take turns in telling a story.
and our imagination has taken us to places we never knew existed until we created it.
We can’t wait for daddy to join our Round Robin Storytelling…
