Smart Driving School’s License Assistance sucks. I spent almost the whole day at LTO San Juan just to get this driver’s license and went home with a massive headache due to the heat and all those waiting….
But before I went home, I dropped by at Mickey D.’s for a well-deserved late lunch {at 3pm!}….
