I joined a baking group this month over at my food blog, The Peach Kitchen. I figured this would not just inspire me but push me to bake and learn more about baking. As you all know, I am a self-taught baker and maybe I can bake good cookies but look at that Halloween cake I did last year.
This is a nasty out-of-the-grave- cake. It doesn’t look scary. The hand that was made of white chocolate has chubby fingers. Yeah, it tastes good specially the chocolate ganache but it doesn’t look presentable.
I need lots of practice!
