Porta Verde ~ Cavinti, Laguna {Part1}

a view of Lumot Lake

I just wished that peanutbutter was able to go with us here at Porta Verde. He went went back to work overseas the day before this deal could be claimed. The ambience and the view here was amazing and there was a relaxing vibe.

Sis  and my cousin Rome bought two of this deal for ₱5,280 per night for 6 people.Children under 10 years old are free of charge. The package includes free use of kitchen facilities (No corkage fee on food), use of Infinity pool ( lake view), jacuzzi and kiddie pool, free wireless internet connection, free lake tour via motorized boat and free kayaking.

This short vacay was to celebrate my niece Cyra’s birthday and Rome’s birthday.

The room that was given to us was the Duhat Lanai Suite located on the first floor of this two-storey structure below.

Just after the reception is a lounge where you can play billiards and access the wi-fi. There was a t.v. but it was broken. Good thing there was wi-fi because I kind of brought some work with me at that time.

This is our room~ the Duhat Lanai Suite. It is a fully air conditioned room with 2 single beds, one queen size bed, a day bed, sofa bed and en suite bathroom.

I took the bed near the a/c next to the double bed where the kids will be sleeping. It was such a big room and is perfect for a medium-sized family or group of friends/barkada.

This is the kitchen. There’s a fridge, an oven, pots and pans, complete set of silverware and dinnerware. You can use everything for free on one condition, you have to make sure everything is clean and back in its proper place before you leave or they will charge you $50.

I so love their silverware and the rustic table!

This is the infinity pool and the kiddie pool….I’m just shooting the infinity pool from a different angle.

And those are really nice cabanas where you can take a rest, read a book or gossip with friends and family.

There was a playground but everything was wet because of the rain so the kids weren’t able to play…

First thing we did, when we arrived? Celebrated Cyra’s birthday with a nice lunch. Check it out here: Celebrating Cyra’s Birthday in Porta Verde

More photos coming up on my next post….
