A baby shower is something that only happens once or twice for many women, so it needs to be very special and memorable. At the same time, the event should be just as memorable for the guests. The baby may not have been born yet, but this is still the start of its relationship with the people that it will know as it grows up, from close family friends to aunts and uncles.
One of the best ways to make the event memorable is simply to make it unique. Give it little twists and details that set it apart from the thousands of other baby showers that happen each year. A good place to start is by getting AbcFavors.com personalized baby shower favors with the child’s name and the date of the shower engraved or stitched on them. This ties the favors intrinsically to that single child, and people will often save them as keepsakes.
It is also a good idea to hire a photographer for the shower. Even if they are only shooting for an hour or so, which is rather inexpensive, they will really be able to capture all of the fun and excitement. You can then upload the pictures to the Internet, via a printing service, and print off an album to keep at the house. When the child is growing up, he or she will be able to look back at that album and see the very first party that was ever thrown in their honor.

My baby shower were all memorable. It’s nice because you get to be friends and family before the baby is born and you also get the essential things that your baby needs.

I had memorable baby shower party too 🙂 especially for my first one. I didn’t know that the party was mine until I saw the cake and my name on it. 😀

I love attending baby shower and I gave my sister in law a baby shower last March, although I didn’t do much for decoration, I think I did pretty good with the food and inviting my friends to attend.
