On the first week of this month, we did our annual Poinsettia buying. My mother has to have Poinsettias on our terrace during the Christmas season and we buy them every time at the Manila Seedling Bank.
Since I started my “Herb Garden” this year, I thought I should add some fruit-bearing and veggie bearing plants as well.
Ykaie got herself a new pet plant too — A cactus which she named EBAI, after her favorite Lola Eva. Ewan ko na lang kung mamatay pa to..
I bought some Tomato seedlings for ₱10 each…
A couple of eggplants for ₱20..
And a couple of Rosemary to add to my herbs..
Since I love lemons, I also bought a Lemon Plant (for ₱120) which I’m hoping to bear fruits in the near future…
By the way, here’s what my Baby Basil looks like today….
My next project is looking for a cabinet for Ykaie’s clothes. I found full extension drawer slides in one of the cabinets at the mall. It would’ve been perfect but it costs a lot. Maybe, I’ll just have one custom made…
wow! your Baby Basil is growing beautifully. I also started a mini garden (by the window) at home this week. I have 4 hanging plants and 3 potted ornamental plant. I also thinking of having a herb garden… It’s quite challenging though because I very limited space.

Awe! You made me dreaming for gardening season in this cold weather. Wew! Look at all the plants you got. I love rosemary and basil… I am making my own container garden this summer since we can’t make a garden outside since we are renting. I miss our own huge garden for sure. Ay, I want some lemonsito. Miss na miss ko na rin mag lemonada. Sarap! Si Ykaie always a cutie pie may cactus pa.. dami didto sa yard nyan.. hehehe…

I wish to have a vegetable garden, but our space is too small to even think of having one. I’ll try veggies on pots, too, pretty soon.
I don’t have green hands kaya lagi namamatay mga alaga kong tanim sa bahay. Give up na ako. Haha. :))
