I know it’s almost a cliche having this new year resolution of losing weight and being healthy every year. It’s 2014 and here I go again. Hopefully, I can be stronger than my excuses.
So I am not making a New Year’s Resolution this year. I am just listing down a goal.
My Fitness goal for this year is: Be the healthiest I can be.
What are the steps I will take?
- Exercise Portion Control – I think this is going to be the hardest part for me because I love to cook a lot and eat a lot. I will need discipline and willpower.
- Eat more RAW food – a lot of fruits and a lot of veggies
- Drink more water
- Work Out!
I can do this.

I don’t make resolutions anymore too. I must remember to drink more water and less soda.

Your right sis. I don’t write my new year resolution anymore since college. Maybe because I have a problem with disciplining myself.

It’s really hard kasi..

Yes, You can do it. Working out is also part of my new years resolution so i make it a point to go to the park at least once a week to join in the dancing exercise (with a fee of Php 20) and to jog after that.
