Hershey’s Chocolate World
With a sweet waterfall and over 800 different types of chocolate, Hershey world is the perfect place for anybody who loves chocolate. The Interactive museum also gives the chance for the kids to learn a bit of chocolate history.
Madame Tussauds
You may hope to catch a glance of your favourite celeb stars whilst in Vegas, well you can take your choice of hundreds at Madame Tussauds in Vegas. Whether you want to be photographed with sports stars or super heroes you’ll find something for everybody. Throw in the new 4-D Marvel ride and you will have a great day out.
Hit the Vegas Strip
Of course you can not go all the way to Vegas without trying your hand at a game or to of blackjack or poker which you can learn about at Gaming Club. You can put the kids in the hotel crèche for a hour and have a bit of free time to enjoy the casino scene.
Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat
Situated as part of The Mirage Hotel complex, the venue is home to a vast array of wildlife ranging from tigers to lions, leopards to parrots for visitors to see. If sea life is more your thing then the Dolphins swim in a 12.1m gallon tank with an underground viewing area for you to get the perfect picture.
The Aquarium at the Silverton Hotel
If the Dolphins weren’t enough then the Aquarium at the Silverton Hotel is a great place for the children to see more sea life. There are over 160 different species of fish to see and with educational material available your children will learn as they go round.
Adventuredome at Circus Circus
If you venture to Circus Circus you will find yourself a short distance from the Adventuredome. This truly has something for everybody with rollercoasters, clown shows, laser tag, bumper cars and a massive arcade all on offer. As part of the Circus Circus hotel, the complex is situated under a huge glass roof, making it Americas largest indoor theme park.
Discovery Children’s Museum
As one of the more child friendly venues in Vegas, it is a great place to take the children for an afternoon. The museum has 3 floors with exhibits ranging from a Wter World to a Fantasy Festivle.
Adventure Canyon at Buffalo Bill’s
The Adventure Canyon has been known to be the best water ride in Vegas, complete with a 35 foot drop it is great for those who want a thrill and to cool down. It may not be suitable for children under the age of 8, but any kids in their teens will love it.

While I have heard so many fun stories and adventures from friends & relatives who have been to Vegas, I have yet to go to one of the most popular cities in the United States. My aunts and uncles have told me countless times that Vegas will be in our itinerary the next time I visit the US.

It’s good to know that Las Vegas is also a family friendly place to visit. For me and adventure thrill-seekers alike, The Wet ‘N’ Wild and the Adventure Canyon at Buffalo Bill’s are a must visit.
