By now, I’m sure you’ve felt how hot the days are becoming. Yep, Summer has arrived. And when it’s Summer we usually crave for food that are cold like Halo-Halo, Ice candy, and of course, Ice Cream!
We’ve been seeing these Snickers Ice Cream Bar at S&R membership Shopping for quite sometime now and we are intrigued about how it taste. Snickers is one of the most popular chocolate bars around. It is but natural that you get interested to try its cold counterpart.
Last weekend, we were finally able to to give it a try. Ykaie cannot contain her happiness. We love snickers, specially the one with almonds.
Before, a box of Snickers Ice Cream Bars which contains 24 pieces costs ₱999.95 but you can now get it at ₱699.95 and get a savings of ₱300 through S&R Club Pricing.
So what do we think about it? Well, if you look take it out of the box and look at it, it’s kinda hard to differentiate it from the candy bar except for it’s cold temperature and it has the words “ice cream” written at the far end.
Unwrapping it, you’ll find that it’s covered in a hard chocolate shell, and when you bite into it the chocolate shell melts immediately the moment it enters your mouth. Instead of nougat you’ll find that it’s replaced with peanutbutter ice cream complemented by what you can usually find in your regular Snickers Candy bar which is ooey gooey caramel and large peanut pieces.
To say that it’s delicious is an understatement — we are crazy about it!
The kids couldn’t even wait to try it and they immediately opened one the moment we got our receipt.
We brought home this box last Saturday. It’s tuesday and there are about three bars left in the freezer. I think we’ll be heading back to S&R on the weekend to get another one.

Oh my God! My favorite chocolate in an ice cream bar! I am drooling in front of my laptop right now and debating over heading out the door and running to the nearest grocery for a box of Snickers Ice Cream Bar or finishing my online tasks. 🙁

Loooove snickers ice cream! Looks like those kids likes their ice cream bar huh?! Halo-halo and ice cream is way to go during summer. 300 savings is a great deal!
Those melt in our mouth. Make sure kids, you brush your teeth after eating them.
Ohh. That looks so tempting. I would buy a box too if I found one on any nearest supermarket. It’s kinda pricey though but it still looks yummy.
The combination of chocolate and ice cream is always love. I gotta try this.
Another reason why dieting is hard to do. Another reason to crave for more sweets than usual.

How can you go wrong with Snickers and Ice Cream in one product. I saw this and S&R and was always tempted to buy it.
