Grocery shopping is one of my many forms of relaxation. I know, I know.. it’s actually one of our mommy chores but…aminin natin mommies. It’s nice to go through aisle of new and old goodies at the grocery. There’s something about it that’s really zen and peaceful. If only we have endless budget for it.
Anyway, our favorite grocery these days is Robinsons Townmall which near our home. It’s kinda big and spacious that’s why I love going there. And just like all Robinsons Supermarket they carry a lot of different products.
Last August 14, I attended the formal launch of Robinsons Townville in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
“Robinsons Townville connotes a sense of belongingness, of being family-oriented, fun and friendly. It is convenient to go to. It offers goods and services that reasonably meet the expectations of households,” said Mr. Joel Delfin, AVP of Robinsons Townville.
Robinsons Townville is operated by Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. which has been operating community malls for quite some time now. They are currenty managing 9 malls nationwide which are Cabanatuan, Meycauayan, Pulilan, BF Ruins, Davao, Laguna, Dumaguete, Imus and Dasmariñas, Cavite. One more community mall is also scheduled to open before the year ends. These malls, however, were known in the community with different names.
That’s why it is another milestone for them as they start to have a brand for their community mall.
To kick-off this milestone, a carnival-themed celebration was organized to excite the community.
An array of fun and rewarding games and activities are in place for attendees to enjoy, including special performances from local performers. Besides the three-day sale at every launch date, customers can double their points on their Robinsons Rewards Card when they purchase in any of the Robinsons stores during this period.
There will also be a carnival-themed celebration at BF Parañaque on September 11 and in Pulilan on September 25. Do join the fun and activities if you’re near the area!

Very nice location, Robinson is expanding everywhere! It’s nice that people in Meycauayan doesn’t have to go far to shop.

Yeah, that’s what’s really nice about it.

Sis Peachy, I didn’t know you covered that event. Although I wasn’t there but that’s where my family (where I grew up) lives. 🙂 I am so happy that Robinson’s Mall is there now to cater to the expanding community of Sto. Nino Village in Meycauayan. I remember that plot as an empty field of wild grass and willows. I remember riding my bicycle around that area when it was still dirt. I am glad that we now have a small mall inside the village and a nice collection of small shops too, esp. Daiso! 🙂

I think it’s good that Robinsons is building malls to areas who needs it.

I like to shop at their supermarkets. It’s great to know that they are expanding and they’ll be in different areas soon.

You are absolutely right. Grocery shopping can be a relaxing therapy specifically if we have enough time to finish it.

It is good that the convenience of being near a mall, grocery and movie, etc is already at the palm of our hands. Give the people more options and areas to spend time with family.

Thanks Icar!
