If there is one thing that you won’t find us without — it’s Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise. This is because we love sandwiches too much and our sandwiches just have to have a smear of this creamy spread. It makes our sandwiches more tasty and delicious.
What’s nice about Lady’s Choice is that not only do they make food flavorful, they extend a helping hand and inspire hope towards a better and brighter future for children with the help of Robinsons Supermarket and World Vision.
What began as a child sponsorship endeavor in Malabon in 2007 blossomed into a relentless commitment for continued and growing support for children in more communities. It inspired the launch of Lunch Box of Hope, which eventually gave rise to the Bags of Hope we know today.
Lady’s Choice Bags of Hope is mounted each year together with Robinsons Supermarket to help in the education of World Vision Kids. In the early days of the campaign, ₱5 is donated to World Vision for every Bags of Hope packs that was sold. Unilever recognized the growing needs of kids and the yearning to extend greater assistance to their studies, they began donating a set of school supplies for each Bags of Hope pack sold on top of the free school bag included in each pack.
A couple of weeks ago, I attended the culminating event for the 9th year of Lady’s Choice Bag of Hope.
On it’s 9th year, Bags of Hope ensured to help more kids in their education. They were able to donate ₱1.1 Million worth of school supplies. This will benefit 15,000 students from World Vision-assisted communities. Through this support , beneficiaries are ensured they go to school equipped with what they need to learn.
The event was hosted by Miriam Quiambao
Kumareng Badet and I are looking forward to the 10th year of Bags of Hope. We know it’ll be much bigger and will inspire more hope for more children towards a better and brighter future.
It was such an inspiring and happy event on such a gloomy weather. Oh, Twinkle enjoyed clapping during the event!
