Last week was the busiest, most exhausting week I’ve had ever since peanutbutter♥ went back to work. It was also the week of Ykaie’s Field trip. She really wanted me to come with her since it was her daddy who accompanied her last year. Of course, it’s also what I wanted since this is probably the last time I’m going with her. She turns Grade 4 next year and I believe parents don’t need to accompany them anymore.
Just like last year, they went to Paradise Adventure Camp in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Paradise Adventure Camp is a large piece of land where people can enjoy different kinds of adventure and team building activities . They have a zipline, wall climbing, rapelling, tree corridor, tie rollian, and cargo net among others.
Ykaie was very excited to try the Zip Line alone. It was their first activity and was supposedly done with a parent but she insisted on trying it alone… brave kid.
Well, good thing it was their section who tried it first because the weather wasn’t kind enough that day and it rained during the afternoon. That left us with nothing but indoor activities and games.
After lunch, our activities include relays, that pass-the-ball-roll-the-ball-game, and going to the different museums inside Paradise Adventure Camp.
The Santa Museum, which has a day and night room
And the Teddy Bear Museum when you can see lots of bears and dolls in different kinds of setting like the beach, the bedroom, living room, and dining room.
Oh hey, there’s me.. trying a selfie (and to fit into the mommy crowd)… I believe I’ve made several mommy friends that day.
The last thing they did was learn how to dress up a teddy bear…
After that was snack time and then it was time to go home.
Too bad Ykaie wasn’t able to try rapelling and wall climbing. I guess we just have to take her next time…

How fun is that?! I’ve never seen anything like this. I love all of the teddy bears. And how brave of her trying the zip line by herself! I don’t even think I could do that as an adult!
What an awesome field trip! It’s so great you got to go with her and share that experience. 🙂
This sounded like so much fun! I am so glad you got to join too. I loved field trips as a kid
That zip lining looks so fun! It looks like you both had a great time.
