To celebrate my sister’s golden day (syempre ayaw nya ipasabi pero sinabi ko na rin.. :P), she treated us to a staycation at I’M Hotel in Makati. I’M Hotel is quite popular because it’s one of those instagrammable hotels in the metro. Alam nyo naman si sis, medyo addicted to picture-taking to…hihihi.

Our Room
We booked for a 2-Bedroom Junior Suite which turned out to have broken a/c . We called for repairs twice and they weren’t able to fix it. It took almost the whole afternoon and we were later upgraded to the 2-Bedroom Executive Suite.
The 2 bedroom Executive Suite has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a twin bed. We stayed in the room with a king bed and the “dalagas” in the other room. We requested for two extra mattresses para magkasya kami.

..and look at their toiletries! Crabtree & Evelyn. Bongga!
This is the living room area. Ang laki no? You can actually utilize this as a sleeping area for one person.
To make up for the inconvenience of broken a/c and transferring from one room to another, I’m Hotel sent this before bedtime. A plate of fruits and a selection of Basilur tea. I love their service recovery action ha.
Breakfast
We really had a good night’s sleep at the Executive Suite and woke up to a sumptuous buffet breakfast at their restaurant called The Common Good.
What Twinkle and peanutbutter♥ loved most is that there is a donut wall! While I loved that there are Indian cusine served — like curry, pita, and hummus.
Swimming Time
Swimsuits of the kids are superhero-themed! Ykaie had Iron Man, Gab-gab was Super Girl, Twinkle was Wonder Woman, and ate Chellie was Bat Girl.
The infinity pool has an acrylic-bottom, so you can actually see it as you’re about to enter the hotel when you look up. There are colorful lounging Beds are positioned at an elevated platform above the pool serving as a fantastic vantage point for sunbathing and people-watching..
What I loved about I’M Hotel:
- It’s a really beautiful, nice, and clean hotel.
- It’s near everything — mall, restaurants, coffee shops, hummus elijah (LOL)
- The pool is so pretty too!
- Their breakfast buffet has a good variety of food to choose from.
- Their service recovery after being transferred from one room to another is great
What I didn’t like:
- Is that it took the whole afternoon before we were transferred to a different room.
But over all it was a nice stay and if given the chance, well, yes, we are definitely going back.

It looks like such a beautiful place to stay. I really love the pool and the views from there. The food looks great and the room looks spacious with all kinds of amenities there. I know I would love it there.
Love the superhero theme! It’s a shame you encountered the problem with the AC, but the upgrade looks lovely> That poolside looks amazing and relaxing.
Gusto ko rin ang Im Hotel. But I was alone when I stayed there. I had a big and beautiful room but no one to share it with. huhu I always want the family with me.
