Pursuing a Passion

Just came from an overnight stay at the El Molina Resort in Olongapo. Those beautiful and not so beautiful videoke songs I heard last nights sung by the people partying at the resort just made me wish I’m musically inclined. First off is I can’t sing for sour apples and second, well, I couldn’t play any musical instrument.

There was a phase in my young adolescent life when I was eager to learn how to play the drums and electric guitars but I didn’t voice it out to my mom, thinking she wouldn’t support it. I was wrong. Mothers are very supportive with regards to their children’s interests. I could see myself with one of The Loar Guitars. One of those pretty electric guitars, have I pursued my interest once upon a time.

Right now, I’m just supportive of my daughter’s interest and passion in learning hoe to swim.
