What is a tutor? A tutor is a person hired or employed to help an individual or a group with their education. Most of the time, parents are the ones who hire a tutor to help their child with his or her education. When a parent hires one, though, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the child is a slow learner. It maybe that the parents just want the child to excel in certain areas of her schooling.
High achievers also seeks the help of tutors to reach new levels of education. They want to be more advanced in terms the level of their subjects in school so they could get ahead and score high grades.
In hiring a tutor, one does not need to go to the big-named or high-priced tutoring companies. There are a lot of tutoring companies out there who has well-trained tutors that could attend to your child’s needs but offers affordable rates. Besides, you should hire a tutor that hails from the same area where you are residing or studying. If you live in Atlanta, hire someone who has an Atlanta tutoring experience.
I’m actually thinking of hiring a reading tutor for Ykaie come Summer time. She can already read three-letter and four-letter words and I can see that she is really interested in reading. If there’s no individual tutor, a group tutor will do as well.
