Overcoming Challenges

“Thank you’ is the best prayer that anyone could say. I say that one a lot. Thank you expresses extreme gratitude, humility, understanding.” ~Alice Walker

Life has been keeping me one busy bee and I am already so thankful for that. My last gratitude list was  a month ago. Yup! I am that busy…and so let me make a list of all the things that I’m thankful for today.

  The photo above was taken when we went to Punta Fuego in Nasugbu, Batangas. It was my first time to drive for 5 hours and my first time to  go through a foggy road with zero visibility. I am thankful for the experience because I’ve gained a lot of confidence and a lot of self control. {Not to mention, I saw both Terrazas de Punta Fuego and Peninsula de Punta Fuego with their amazing infinity pools and jandy pool lights}

I have always been scared half of my wits to drive alone.Today, instead of feeling scared, I felt challenged. I’m grateful for  what I felt because now, the challenge is not a challenge anymore. I overcame it.

Something that I lost which I should be thankful for ~ 8lbs! Yup, it’s been a month with the C-Lium Lose More, Live More Challenge and I’m seeing some good results without starvation and obsession. I will continue through this challenge until I reach my desired weight.

One thing that I’ve always loved about myself is that I always see the things that I’m scared of and the things I couldn’t do as a challenge. I do everything I can to overcome each challenge and when I do overcome it…… I get the feeling like I’m up in the clouds.

Positive Vibes, everyone!
