Meet my new Skechers Tone-Ups Candy bar in Copper/Bronze.
By now, I’m sure you all know that Tone-Ups is the sandal version of its blockbuster fitness shoe Shape-Ups.
It is said to have been designed to promote weight loss, tone muscles, and improve posture, among other wonderful wellness benefits that would surely have you wanting your own pair.
But when I did some research, it is said that while big brands claim that these shoes help in weight loss, it does not. Maybe in some way because any weight loss benefit that customers receive from wearing these shoes or sandals actually came from the increased motivation to exercise, but not from the shoe or the sandals specifically.
I didn’t lose weight with my first pair of these sandals in silver but I bought a second pair.
Why? I like the style and it makes my feet comfortable and cozy…..
