Birthday Gift for Myself: MyPhone A919

With Kris Kringles and Christmas shopping left and right, the marketing for the new iPhone 5 is flooding the market and the social media mainstream. Everyone wants to buy the new best thing.

So I didn’t.

I didn’t have the budget for it anyway, hee. peanutbutter said I’m a hater. I’d like to pretend that I’m a patriot and that my primary reason in purchasing this is actually the love of all things local. But no, I’m just being practical and I’d rather spend those extra peso {If there are extra pesos} towards the upgrading of my camera.

But since I am in dire need of a new updated mobile phone, I had to give in and buy a new one. I originally planned to buy the MyPhone A898 Duo…but because there’s only a ₱500 difference with their latest, that’s what I bought — the MyPhone A919 Duo.

I bought this phone for ₱ 7,999. That’s an awfully cheap price for a device that’s sleek, fast and boasts a bigger screen.
