Have you tried playing Barrel of Monkeys?
This is one of our favorite travel toys because it doesn’t only keep kids entertained, it’s also a small pieces of toy that is convenient to bring anywhere. It fits inside a luggage, easy to store in the car, and the kids can definitely play with it anywhere.
This red Barrel of Monkeys contains 12 pieces of flat monkeys.
The instructions on the bottom of the barrel state “Dump monkeys onto table. Pick up one monkey by an arm. Hook other arm through a second monkey’s arm. Continue making a chain. Your turn is over when a monkey is dropped.”
The flat monkeys come in three colors: blue, yellow, and red. Each color has a corresponding number of points. If there are two or more players, the winner is determined by adding up the points of the monkeys you managed to get.
We brought this toy when we went to Abe’s Farm in Pampanga and La Union. It was one of those things that kept Ykaie, Cyra, and Cyvrine busy before they went to bed each night.

Looks like a fun game. Great to use when waiting for food at the restaurant ๐
I agree with you, Sam.
It looks light and handy. It seems made of plastic though. I hope it is BPA and phthalates free.
