Ykaie has been complaining about her loose front teeth lately. She told me that sometimes it hurts when she bites into her food because of it. We decided to have it extracted the other day. I know she would soon grow permanent teeth since she’s turning seven this year.
She’s not afraid of the dentist at all! Look at her smiling after her teeth were extracted.
We went for ice cream at Icebergs Banawe afterwards. We all know that ice cream is the remedy for newly extracted teeth.
On a different note, Ykaie has always believed in the tooth fairy. That’s because on her first tooth extraction, I told her there’s a tooth fairy and I even showed her a “photo” of the tooth fairy while she was sleeping.
The night of her front teeth extraction, she told me that she’d figured it out. That I’m the tooth fairy and that I just doctored her picture through computer. LOL! I had to tell her the truth, she was a bit disappointed but of course, she managed to accept it because she already knew all along. Smart kid.
