The timing couldn’t be more perfect when Daylong sent over a couple of their Daylong Kids Sunscreen and a tube of their Daylong After Sun Lotion. Just a few days ago, we went on a “Huling Hirit sa Tag-Init” trip to Club Punta Fuego. It was my sister’s advance birthday treat to us. I was actually on bed rest as per my OB’s advise but I asked permission to travel that day.
Children’s Skin are extra sensitive and Daylong provides reliable protection for them. The key ingredients in Daylong Kids products are photostable UV filters for highly effective UVA and UVB protection, as well as nurturing ingredients for children’s skin such as dexpanthenol, glycerin, aloe vera and vitamin E. These products are free of of perfumes and preservatives and include proper product formats such as a dispenser with tables to help determine the right amount of sunscreen to apply.
Check out Ykaie and her cousins Cyra and Cyvrine holding the Daylong products. They can’t wait to put it on and play at the beach!
One more pose, girls!
We used Daylong Kids with SPF 30 PA+++.
PA ranking refers to the amount of protection the sunscreen offers from the UVA rays, since SPF just ranks protection from UVB rays. PA rankings are listed as PA+, PA++ or PA+++ with the more plus symbols the more protection from UVA rays, the rays that may cause long term skin damage and therefore age the skin
Here’s daddy applying Daylong Kids on Ykaie. he was also the one who applied suncreen on Cyra and Cyvrine.
So what do I like about Daylong Kids?
- High protection (SPF 30 or SPF 50)
- High PA ( PA+++ or PA ++++)
- It is very water-resistant
- Contains only physical filters (Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide)
- Suitable for babies and infants.
- Also suitable for sensitive skin
- Perfume-free
- Dermatologically tested
- non-greasy and easy to spread on skin
- It has a dosage table for reliable protection
What I don’t like about it?
- It doesn’t get absorbed quickly by the skin or it’s not invisible. So you tend to see white stuff when you take a photo. See the photo above?
Will I buy it? Of course! It gives very high skin protection which is what these kids need when playing under the sun.

I wonder how much that particular brand is. I haven’t really seen it around, but I’ll keep an eye out for it! Nakakatuwa naman mag-pose yung mga models mo! 😀
Thanks Kris! It’s a product of Cetaphil also.
wow, the girls look very cute in their swimming outfits. 🙂 It’s good to hear that they have sunscreens for kids.
Thanks Nilyn!
I don’t like the white color staying visible for too long. 🙂

This is also a product of Cetaphil.
we keep forgetting to put sunscreen everytime we swim, haha. anyway, this must be very safe to use if you can put them on babies/infants.
yes, it is very safe and gentle on the skin.
