Ready to Marry with Wedding Plans and Bridestory

Most girls already have a dream wedding in mind even before they say “I do”. Sometimes turning this dream into reality can be challenging, but not impossible. Proper planning and partners like Bridestory can make dream weddings a real possibility for couples. For those who are ready to marry now, here are some tips on how to plan a wedding with a happy ending.

  1. Dream Together. Couples can envision their dream wedding and list down general items like date, venue, theme, etc. Brides may already have their dream wedding in mind but the groom’s wishes should also be considered in the plan.
  2. Work on the Plus and Minuses. Budget is a top consideration in planning a wedding. Those who are working on a limited budget may have to cut down on some aspects without compromising areas that are important. Knowing your wedding priorities makes it easier to work on the plus and minuses in your list.
  3. Be willing to settle for alternatives when working on a limited budget. There are aspects of the wedding where one can cut on costs without compromising the effect. For example, one can look for cheaper but elegant alternatives for decors or accessories that are too expensive. Not to worry though, there are plenty of wedding ideas to fit your budget. You may also find wedding vendors at Bridestory that can help you get a perfect wedding within your means.
  4. Take Your Time. Don’t rush your wedding plans to minimize mishaps along the way. Also consider the preparation period when setting the wedding date. When it comes to wedding timetables, more time means less stress.
  5. Ask for Help. No matter how much time you have on your hands, it can be difficult to juggle all tasks by yourself. Aside from friends and relatives who are willing to help, there are also expert wedding vendors that you can tap.

Wedding preparations are rarely a walk in the park for couples. But it is made easier when you have sites like Bridestory to help you plan for it. There are also plenty of wedding planners and wedding vendors readily available to work on your wedding. They may not have magic wands but they do have the expertise to deliver what you need for your special day.

  1. Gosh! I can still remember the time when my husband and I decided to marry back then. During that time, wedding coordiantors were really very expensive and we were o a tight budget so I had to do most of the things myself. Not even my sisters were able to help me as they were really busy with their jobs. My gown was not as I expected it to be! I was so angry to have trusted my gown to an officemate who said she can do it. I was not even able to have my nails done! But all in all it was fine because the most important thing that day was I was marrying the man I love! It’s been almost 15 years and we are still madly in love!

  2. I am so ready to get married but the only problem is the groom. lol but really, I certainly agree that every woman has its own wedding dream on their mind. I just remember the video just went viral this week (nag eksena si coordinator ata un while si bride is about to walk down the isle). To avoid it, those who are planning to get married should hire professional team.

  3. Discovering and knowng-each-other stage in married life is the most difficult thing for husband and wife. You have great tips for couple to be married, that they should envision in advance.

  4. When I got married 19 years ago (yup, ganun na katagal hahaha), I wish there were more wedding planners and event organizers to help me out or at least, direct me to the right direction with the planning. I did the planning on my own with very few inputs from family and friends. It’s a nice experience to make your cake, and eat it too, figuratively. 🙂
