15lbs down….20 more to go

I’m excited to browse the racks and stands  at the mall again. During the past two months that I’ve been trying to eat clean and do some exercises daily, I managed to lose fifteen pounds off.

Yes, I admit it was a bit slow but I’m proud to say that I lost it the healthier way versus what I did in the past…. which are usually fad diets.

Today, I find myself with looser jeans and tops. I’m giving myself one more month and then I’m doing a closet overhaul and I will shop for clothes in smaller sizes!

  1. Wow, I envy you! How I wish I can see some changes on myself specially loosing some weight. Right now I’m busy doing my zumba dance.

  2. Wow you are doing a great job Peachy! As for me I have gained a little bit from our vacation so I need to get back on track.
