I just need more hours in the day. Being a stay at home mom with a small biz, and without a helper, it’s become a little harder to squeeze in a fitness routine. I’ve tried doing Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T early in the year and has managed to squeeze it in every other day. Now that my hands are somewhat tied to some errands , scheduling that Shaun T exercise became a lot more difficult.
Maybe I need to switch to another exercise. Zumba is almost the same as Hip Hop Abs. Maybe a thera band stretch strap isn’t such a bad idea. It’s something I could do anytime, anywhere.
And then, I could do Hip Hop Abs when schedule permits…
