Fireboy and Watergirl is Ykaie’s new favorite game to play online. It is a puzzle game which can be played by two players or one {if you can control two characters at the same time}.
The goal of the game is to get to the exit door while getting all their diamonds. They must help each other to make it easier for them to reach the door. It is quite fun.
There are two versions of this game: Fireboy and Watergirl 1: The Forest Temple and Fireboy and Watergirl 2: The Light Temple
Bingo is one of the games that my family enjoys. We’ve been playing it for as long as I can remember.
When I was a child, I remember my elder sister, my cousins and my aunts and uncle gathering at the veranda in my grandma’s house to play Bingo. They have this wooden bottle containing the numbers to be drawn and lots of cards for their game. At the time I didn’t understand the game but I saw that they were having fun. There was laughter and lots of yelling specially when someone wins. You’d think they were playing free bingo for cash but they didn’t. They play for consequences, household chores or who gets to treat everyone for a snack.
As I get older, I learned to play the game and became one of those who laugh and scream and yell when she wins. I had fun playing this game. So when I had a daughter and later on threw birthday parties and Halloween parties, I thought of introducing the game to the children by making kiddie Bingo cards.
Here’s a sample of our Bingo card at my daughter, Ykaie’s third birthday. She had a Tinkerbell themed party so I printed a Tinkerbell bingo card as well. My sister, Anney, also made one for our Halloween party last month, wherein there are pictures of caskets, witches, black cats and jack o-lanterns. The children loved this simple form of the game and they were always looking forward to the prizes.
Just today, I had an idea of making and printing out Christmas themed bingo cards so the family could play Bingo on Christmas. Then whoever wins gets a wrapped-up present from under the tree. This is not the old form of bingo that we used to have but it definitely is more memorable because even the kids can play. I think everyone will love this idea.
After watching the Smurf movie and trying the latest Facebook game, I became absolutely hooked on the Smurfs &Co.
