UNILAB, For Trusted Quality Healthcare

I don’t think you’ll be able to contest that UNILAB indeed is the name we can trust for trusted quality healthcare. Maybe you just don’t realize it but when it comes to medicine – and sometimes even beauty products — most of the household products that we have at home came from Unilab.

Healthy Smoothies

I’ve been drinking a lot of smoothies the last three months. I usually have it for breakfast, after a work out……. when I was working out. The thing is, when I got sick with coughs and colds for two weeks, I stopped working out. I haven’t been making any progress ever since. I try to eat in moderation and with as much fruits and vegetables as possible. But of course, I need to get some physical activity going on in my life!

Anyway, let’s get back on topic before I get carried away. I’ve read that fruit smoothies is one of the easiest way to nourish our bodies with essential vitamins and minerals provided you know what went in your smoothie. For my everyday smoothie, I usually just put together 2-3 fruits, milk or yogurt, and a tablespoon of chia seeds.

Fruit smoothies can also be an easy way to get your daily intake of fiber, which is 25 grams for women and 38 grams for men.I need to include apples in my smoothies soon, though, because apples are known to have the highest concentration of fiber at five to seven grams per serving.

I was able to acquire a new juicer yesterday and I am excited to try out juicing next week. I am as excited to try out juicing as a new guitar nut is excited to try out his new guitar.
