Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a crew member at McDonald’s? Well, recently, my little one, Twinkle, had the chance to experience it firsthand at the McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop!
It was a five-day workshop designed to be a fun and interactive way for kids to learn about the inner workings of McDonald’s. The cost to register was around ₱1,000 which includes everything – the shirt, cap, and meals for the 5-day workshop.
Twinkle and her fellow “crew members” were outfitted in adorable mini McDonald’s uniforms and hats, instantly transforming them into miniature versions of the friendly staff we all know.
Throughout the workshop, the kids participated in various activities that gave them a glimpse into what it’s like to work at McDonald’s. They learned about taking orders, preparing food (the cheeseburger!), and even practiced their customer service skills. I missed two days of the workshop because I accompanied Ykaie to her Recognition Day and Moving Up Ceremony.
Twinkle, who is really shy, warmed up to her fellow kiddie crew members and made some friends. She eagerly participated in all the activities, and I could see the joy on her face as she interacted with the McDonald’s staff and her fellow “crew members.”
One of the highlights of the workshop was definitely the visit to the McDonald’s kitchen. The kids were given a behind-the-scenes look at how their favorite meals are prepared, and they even got to try their hand at some of the tasks involved.

Of course, no McDonald’s experience is complete without the food! After all the hard work, the kids were treated to a delicious lunch of their favorite McDonald’s meals. They had McSpaghetti, Burger Mcdo, Cheeseburger, and Fried Chicken Mcdo the five days that they were there.
The McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop was a fantastic experience for Twinkle. It was a fun and educational way for her to learn about the restaurant industry and discover the importance of teamwork and customer service.
If you’re looking for a fun and engaging activity for your kids, I highly recommend checking out the McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop. It’s a great way for them to unleash their inner chef, explore the world of fast food, and maybe even discover a future career path!
