Sis & I finally went for a well-deserved massage. She had a full body massage which at that time I wasn’t in the mood for. I had a back massage and a scalp massage instead. That’s a 30-minute dry massage concentrated on my back and another 30-minutes on my scalp. I felt the stress and the tiredness fade away as the massage went on.
Next time, I want an hour concentrated on my back.
It’s really tempting to buy some massage oil and aromatherapy stuffs when you go to the spa…
