Ykaie Loves Being A McDonald’s Kiddie Crew 2015

1st Day

Ykaie and I are avid fans of McDonald’s. She loves Chicken McNuggets and I am loyal to my number one favorite since I was 12 — the Big Mac. When I was still single and younger, and I drop by McDonalds for a quick meal during the Summer, I often see kids greet me at the door and help assemble my order. I find it too cute and at that time, I made a mental note to enroll my would-be child at the time to this program.

Fast forward to 2013, I enrolled 5 year old Ykaie to the McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop and she loved every single day. She wanted to do it again last year (2014) but I wasn’t able to enroll her. I guess it was because she took swimming lessons and I was a bit busy with our house construction.

Ykaie's Swimming Lessons 2014

Late last year, I found out that my former alma mater, La Consolacion College, already has a swimming pool and is now accepting enrollees for swimming lessons this Summer. I was really glad because this school is just a walking distance from our home.

Ykaie had her swimming lessons for the two previous years at MCU (2012 and 2013) and it was really good because she learned how to swim in a span of two weeks at one hour session per day.

First Day

Ykaie enjoyed her swimming lessons at the Milo Sports Clinic which was in MCU last year, so I enrolled here again this year. This is also at MCU with the same instructors but it wasn’t under Milo anymore, it was under R3 Aquaspeed Sailfish Learn to Swim Program.

Just like before, they did some stretching before going into the water.
