Ocean Adventure, Subic Bay

A little picture taking before we left my cousin’s house..going to Ocean Adventure.

Ocean Adventure is an open-water marine park wherein you can experience dolphins, sea lions and other rescued forest animals. It is also divided into different attractions just like Zoobic Safari.

First stop is Walk on The Wild Side Show which is shown at the Eco-Theater. The show features animals from the Wildife in Need Rescue Center like snake, cat, dog, eagle and an owl.

Next is The Adventures of Olongapo Jones. It is a show featuring the Ocean Adventure mascots and high flying trampoline acrobats. The Adventures of Olongapo Jones is all about environmental education presented in a fun and humorous manner.

Since we were going home that day, we only watched it for a few minutes and then went to see the dolphins.

The Dolphin Friends Show showcases the dolphins, intelligence and ability.

Our last stop was the Sea Lion Marine Patrol Show…

Tiger Safari in Zoobic Safari

They reserved the best attraction for last, of course. Undoubtedly the most special attraction, the Tiger Safari is where you will get a chance to board a safari jeep and enter into an enclosed are where tigers roam freely.

This is the safari jeep. It is a jeep that has been caged to ensure safety of guests from tigers.

Here we are inside the safari jeep. We bought a small bucket of raw chicken for P200 to feed the tigers. A staff from Zoobic Safari rode with us. He is the one holding the bucket of raw chicken and he is also the one in charge to feed the tiger through small opening in the cage.

I know I look like a tired hag but I’m putting it here anyway because this is my only photo with the tiger.

I enjoyed our Zoobic Safari experience. Juxt a tip if you’re planning on going there. Bring lots of water and an extra set of clothes. You’ll want to change after the experience.

CrocoLoco in Zoobic Safari

Crocoloco features more than 100 freshwater crocodiles.

You can buy a piece of chicken for P50. It is attached to a pole and you can tempt the crocodile with it and see them jump while trying to reach that chicken.
