We are cooking up the theme for Ykaie’s 5th birthday. Yes, I know we just celebrated her fourth. It’s never too early to plan for it because we still have to look for some of the “props” that we are going to use and mind you it’s harder to look for things when you are in a rush.

The theme that we have in mind is “Rockstar party”. We’ve gone over the color of pink, blue and black. We also have a few party favors that shouts out the theme itself. I’m saving up for a set of small drums and a toy electric guitar. Nobody plays a musical instrument in my family. I’m thinking I might need the help of ez drummer for our party sounds.

Hmmmnn…let’s just cross our fingers that more than six people could attend the party.

Unusual things that has been happening lately:

•  I’ve been waking up at 5 am for three straight days now. Not pass 5 or before 5, I wake up at exactly 5 am. Nothing has changed in my routine but it’s happening.
• I’ve been playing plants and zombies too. Do you think it has got something to do with it? I know, I just got addicted to it this week.
• There’s a December 1st rainshower today and most people think, including me, this signifies blessings and abundance. It has been really hot the past couple of days and I think this rain will help cool the following days.

We are going to Cebu for my birthday! Yay! I can’t believe sis booked a trip to Cebu for three days and two nights for her, Ykaie and me. She said that it was her birthday gift to me. I am already excited because I’ve never been to Cebu.

However, she told me that only one of us is gonna be carrying a luggage and the other two will have to travel light. My pink backpack already has a big hole at the bottom. Unless someone is willing to lend me hers, I think it’s time I start looking at RockyMountainTrail.com hiking backpacks for a durable and spacious one I can take on our trip. I am on a tight budget because this is an unplanned trip but I won’t let that stop me from enjoying it.

Thanks Sis! Buy a bigger luggage so I can put some of my other things in there.
