Back up your blogs

We were eating lunch yesterday when sis told me about her blogger friend who lost all the photos in her blog. She said that all the post were still there and intact but all the photos have become question marks as if somebody has erased it.

This is one of the reasons why I prioritize downloading and saving back-ups of my blog. I even availed one of those premium data storage services to take care of it. I’d be really depressed if that happened to me because I love all the photos in my blog specially the food photos which I have a lot of.

So my advice to you is back-up your blogs whenever you can…

Busy as a Bee

It has been a very busy week. I’ve been struggling between updating all the computer in the shop, learning how to drive, blogging and being a mom. Learning how to drive is driving me crazy. It’s information overload and calf muscle cramps.

Tips in Buying a Used Car

Buying a used car is more practical than buying a new one in terms of investment. However it can be challenge specially if you don’t know anything about cars. It’s best if you can bring your mechanic to check on the vehicle that you’re planning to buy to make sure that it’s still running.

When calling the seller, make sure you already have a list of questions to ask like the make and model of the car, the mileage, the condition of the car, other inclusions in the sale {like spare tires and tools} and what possible problems you might encounter in the near future. Ask if it has a shock absorber like the rs5000 series rear suspension.

Haggle with the published price after checking the car. Usually, they list it as negotiable during meet-ups. The most important thing is, if you’re not comfortable with the seller or the car–don’t buy it. Trust your gut feeling.
