The Lion’s Head in Baguio City

When I was a child and we travel up to Baguio, I remember we used to make a stop at the Big Lion’s Head along Kennon Road. The whole family which is usually two owners full would get off the owner jeep and would pose and take a picture below the Lion’s Head. It was black back then.

..and a trip to Baguio just won’t be complete without it….

Vacation Time

It’s summer! This is the time for family outings, microvacations and staycations…. Here’s what’s in store for our family…

April – My niece Zoey is celebrating her birthday, and in line with that, my cousin is inviting us to stay for four days at their home in Zambales with a sidetrip to Potipot Island.
May – peanutbutter♥ is coming home in May. There’s a Bellaroca/Marinduque trip instore for the Adarne family! By mid-month, we are going to Lucban, Quezon for the Pahiyas Festival. And towards the end of the month, we still have an undecided vacation.
June – It’s sis’ birth month and just after Rome’s, they have a joint birthday treat somewhere in Laguna.

I’m looking at a jam-packed 3 months! I know Ykaie won’t be bored during rest hours because most of the hotels and resorts now has a led tv installed in all of their rooms.

I just wish I lose some weight before those days….

After our mini-Luau Party, which I think you should totally check out here, we just tried to enjoy the rest of the afternoon with conversations, photos and swimming.

Ykaie put on her red swimsuit and made sandcastles by the water.

Come nighttime, I had a dry full body massage from some nice ladies for an hour for P200. It was a relaxing night. We slept early in anticipation of a long day the next day.
