Just what I needed and very timely too! Last Saturday, I was able to attend an event about weight management and I was able to meet Ms. Cheshire Que. It was held at Café 1771 and they served a very healthy lunch.

Anyway, when they analyzed the overall aspect of my body, they said that I need to move more as I have very slow metabolism. I admit, I need to exercise.The thing that I hate about it is that I get bored because it takes too long. Ms. Chesire said that if I needed to exercise for 1 hour per day, I could, say, divide it into four and take 15-minutes exercise four times to make it tolerable.
That’s a great idea, one which I hadn’t thought of simply because my way of thinking is that short exercises don’t work.
Another thing that’s great about this diet is that it teaches you how to “eyeball” portion sizes of the food that you have to eat. This way, even if you go out, you can easily tell how much you can eat thus preventing overeating.
